Vista Version

Today Engineering has now completed the upgrade of the BuildProfessional kernel to the GCC 4.3 compiler and the Xerces 2.8 parser. Support of these technologies is a prerequisite for support of the newest generation of Linux, Unix and Windows. Today Engineering has now commenced porting of the new kernal. A Windows Vista port will be the first available, with a target date of May 1, 2008.

New commands in BuildProfessional 8.03 allow file manipulation from logic. This includes making directories and examining files in a directory. See the new TEXT MKDIR, MOVE, COPY and DIR commands.
