New OCS Service Release 207.01
The new OCS service release is now available for download from the OCS customer FTP site. This release has the following new enhancements:
- EFT remittance advice can now be sent by fax or emailed.
- Material allocation can purchase stocked items as a direct charge item if not stock at the users local sites/warehouses.
- Material import facility added. This allows the import of catalog items including pricing information from spreadsheets.

New OCS Release 207.00
The new OCS release is now available for download from the OCS customer FTP site. This release includes a newly merged Operating Control System module which will offer many benefits such as better consistency and integration. The authorisation screens have had many usability and functional enhancements. Several other miscellaneous enhancements have also been included with this release. This release has the following new enhancements:
- The modules Open Menu, Maintenance Management, Fixed Assets, Eureka Scheduling & Planning, Fuel & Lubricants, Document Register, Contract Management, Catalog, Inventory, Purchasing, Workshop Management and Time & Attendance have all been merged into the todayOCS module. This will give better consistency and integration between these modules.
- Converted all UXforms reports (work order, purchase order, orders due/overdue report and work requests) to Crystal Reports format.
- Added the ability to send purchase orders via email as a PDF document.
- Added kit list details to picking slips, purchase order and goods receipt advice.
